Newman Numismatic Education Society for public purposes. |

Proxy bidding ends ten minutes prior to the session start time. Live Proxy bidding on Heritage Live now starts within 2 hours of when the auction opens for proxy bidding and continues through the live session. Check the Time Remaining on individual lots for details. These auctions are presented only online, although the lots are normally available for viewing with the Floor Session lots.

What is Heritage's return policy?
Heritage offers a three (3) day return policy for all Internet auctions (does not include Signature Auctions). Policy varies by type of Auction. See the "Additional Terms and Conditions" section of our Terms & Conditions.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Lots delivered to you, or your representative are subject to all applicable sales/use taxes, if any, unless appropriate permits are on file with Auctioneer.
Bidder agrees to pay Auctioneer the actual amount of tax due in the event that sales tax is not properly collected due to: 1) an expired, inaccurate, or inappropriate resale tax certificate and/or declaration, 2) an incorrect interpretation of the applicable statute,
3) or any other legitimate reason. The appropriate form or resale certificate must be on file at and verified by Auctioneer five days prior to Auction, or tax must be paid; only if such form or resale certificate is received by
Auctioneer within 4 days after the Auction can a refund of tax paid be made. Lots from different Auctions may not be aggregated for sales tax purposes.
Heritage is required to collect sales tax in many states.

Heritage is not required to collect sales tax if you are buying for resale.
- If you are buying for resale, you can provide Heritage with your sales tax resale certificate.
- If you do not have a resale certificate, contact your respective state agency to see if you qualify.
If I win, how do I pay?
For expedited shipping or delivery in person, upon receipt of your invoice, please remit payment a bank wire, cashier's check or bank money order. Clients with pre-arranged credit status will receive immediate credit for payments via eCheck, personal or corporate checks. All others will be subject to a hold of 5 days, or more, for the funds to clear prior to releasing merchandise.
For your convenience, payments can be made from the MyOrders page of the HA.com website by eCheck, but allow 24-48 hours from the end of the auction for invoices to appear on this Page. For more information, by type of auction, please go to the specific category on HA.com.
What is the Buyer's Premium?

If I win, when will I receive my lots?
Please allow 7–14 days to ship the items you won, unless they fall into one of the following categories: Animation Art, Action Figures & Toys, Entertainment, Decorative Art, Design, Tiffany, Lalique & Art Glass, or Arms & Armor, Movie Posters & Musical Instruments. For these categories and oversized items in other categories, please allow 14–21 days for shipping, as they require more labor-intensive preparation. Premium Domain Transfers have a shipping window of 7–30 days. Note that your payment options can also impact shipping times. See our Terms & Conditions
