Weekly special gold auctions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website HA.com. They close every Wednesday at 3:00 PM Central Time, and a new one begins shortly thereafter. These auctions include only US gold coins minted before 1933, and will feature both certified and uncertified coins.
Special Rules: there is No Buyer's Premium, all lots are sold to the highest bidder at one dollar over the second highest bid, and there are no returns for any reason. What is Heritage's return policy?
THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING: GRADING. Descriptions are general guides only, and should not be relied upon for grading.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Lots delivered to you, or your representative are subject to all applicable sales/use taxes, if any, unless appropriate permits are on file with Auctioneer.
Bidder agrees to pay Auctioneer the actual amount of tax due in the event that sales tax is not properly collected due to: 1) an expired, inaccurate, or inappropriate resale tax certificate and/or declaration, 2) an incorrect interpretation of the applicable statute,
3) or any other legitimate reason. The appropriate form or resale certificate must be on file at and verified by Auctioneer five days prior to Auction, or tax must be paid; only if such form or resale certificate is received by
Auctioneer within 4 days after the Auction can a refund of tax paid be made. Lots from different Auctions may not be aggregated for sales tax purposes.
Heritage is required to collect sales tax in many states.

Heritage is not required to collect sales tax if you are buying for resale.
- If you are buying for resale, you can provide Heritage with your sales tax resale certificate.
- If you do not have a resale certificate, contact your respective state agency to see if you qualify.
If I win, how do I pay?
All sales are strictly for cash in United States dollars. Cash includes: U.S. currency or Wire transfer. Personal or corporate checks may be subject to clearing before delivery of purchase. No credit cards will be accepted.

Please allow 7–14 business days to ship the items you won, unless they fall into one of the following categories: Action Figures & Toys, African Art, Animation Art, Arms & Armor, Entertainment, Ethnographic Art, Decorative Art, Design, Judaica, European Art, Fine & Decorative Arts, Movie Posters, Musical Instruments, Oceanic Art, Pre-Columbian Art, or Tiffany, Lalique & Art Glass. For these categories and oversized items in other categories, please allow 14–21 business days for shipping, as they require more labor-intensive preparation. Premium Domain Transfers have a shipping window of 7–30 days. Note that your payment options can also impact shipping times.
