Spectacular Empire 1911 Pattern Dollar
Empire. Hsuan Tung Year 3 (1911) silver Pattern Dollar, Central Mint at Tientsin, Reversed Dragon, Incuse veins on leaves, KM-Pn308, Kann 225, L&M 32, MS61 NGC. Boldly struck, with milky toning over prooflike fields. An extremely rare pattern issue, and the first we have seen of this type.
