Nicholas II Alexander III Commemorative Rouble 1912, Bust left/Alexander III monument, Bit-330, Uzd-4199, MS65 NGC. Prooflike surfaces with frosty luster and scattered light greenish patina. We doubt that you will see a finer example of this type.
