1838 50C MS64 NGC. CAC. Sun-gold, dove-gray, fire-red, and forest-green embrace this lustrous and lightly abraded near-Gem. The strike is precise save for star 12 and the first S in STATES. The Bust half with HALF DOL legend was only struck for two years, 1838 and 1839. Census: 61 in 64, 23 finer (5/08).From Anaconda Rare Coins.(Registry values: N2998)
