Choice Full Head 1926-S Standing Quarter

1926-S 25C MS64 Full Head PCGS. A noteworthy strike rarity, the 1926-S is among the worst produced S-mint Standing Liberty Quarters from the 1920s. The die stress in producing a full head example is clearly displayed on this lightly toned near-Gem, with a noticeable die crack across Liberty's head to the rim above E in LIBERTY. Population: 19 in 64, 22 finer (1/06).(Registry values: N4719)
