Elegant Mint State 1841 Dollar
1841 $1 MS61 NGC. The early Seated Liberty, No Motto dollars are elusive and desirable at all levels of preservation, with Mint State-graded coins such as the present piece especially so. The surfaces are luminous beneath rich reddish-orange and violet-blue patina. Crisply struck and pleasing, though a number of light marks and wispy abrasions are noted in the fields.
