Description
Attractive 1909-S VDB Cent, MS64 Red and Brown
1909-S VDB 1C MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. The reverse is mostly red, while the obverse shows about 30% red, mostly in the protected areas. This key first-year issue is sharply struck on the designer's initials and the wheat ears, with just a hint of softness at the coat line. A few flecks and minimal surface contact are consistent with the near-Gem grade. A nice piece, attractive and always in demand.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22B2, PCGS# 2427, Greysheet# 1800)
