Lovely MS64 DMPL 1887-O Dollar
1887-O $1 MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike NGC. The 1887-O is one of the more obtainable Prooflike and Deep Mirror Prooflike dollars. However, high grade examples such as this one, are infrequently encountered, but when found such pieces are also objects of great beauty. The fields have unfathomably deep mirrored reflectivity and set up a stark contrast against the thickly frosted devices. Just the slightest presence of color is seen around the peripheries on each side, otherwise brilliant.
