1922 No D 1C Strong Reverse XF40 ANACS. FS-401, formerly FS-013.2. Die Pair 2. Glimpses of blue and violet add color to otherwise deep walnut-brown surfaces, while the reverse also shows a touch of gold. Strongly impressed on the reverse, though the obverse shows the characteristic mushiness and lack of detail that caused the No D variety.(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 3285, Greysheet# 2330)
