1802/1 $2 1/2 --Repaired, Whizzed--NCS. AU Details. Breen-6118, BD-3, R.5. The field to the left and right of the portrait has been smoothed, and both sides are whizzed. The centers are softly brought up, but remaining design details are sharp. The reverse is partly retoned in rose shades. A better variety for this Jefferson-era date, scarcer than the usually encountered BD-1.(Registry values: P6)
