1858-O $20 --Repaired, Improperly Cleaned--NGC. AU Details. For its issue, this O-mint twenty has excellent central design definition, even if certain stars show a degree of softness. Both sides show a number of fine abrasions as well as subdued, granular luster that is the result of a past cleaning. Still, a readily collectible example.(Registry values: N2998)Note for clients in the European Union: This lot is considered by the European Union to be “investment gold”.
