1783 COPPER Washington & Independence Cent, Draped Bust, No
Button, Copper Restrike, Engrailed Edge PR65 Red NGC. Baker-3.
A magnificent orange-red specimen with reflective fields and an
exacting strike. Contact is absent, and carbon is inconsequential.
Between NGC and PCGS, only four examples of this issue have been
certified as full Red, and the present piece is the sole Gem. The
obverse is rotated double struck, most apparent on the date. Listed
