Description

1916 25C Fair 2 ANACS. 1916 was a transitional year for quarters, and production of the Standing Liberty design did not begin until December 16 of that year. As a result, only 52,000 pieces were struck, which is the lowest mintage of any issue in the series save for the 1918/7-S overdate. This lovely, evenly worn specimen has no marks worthy of specific mention and would make a great first-year representative. (Registry values: N1)
