1928 $20 MS67 NGC. The 1928 is available in all grades through MS66. The certified population significantly declines at the MS67 level, however, and no finer examples have been seen by either NGC or PCGS. Booming luster radiates from the peach-gold surfaces of this Superb Gem, and the design features exhibit excellent detail, including Liberty's facial features, fingers, and toes, the Capitol building, and the eagle's plumage.
