People's Republic of China. 20 Ounce gold 1,500 Yuan Phoenix and Dragon 1990, KM321, the obverse has the Great Wall of China with the date below, the reverse with the value dividing a Phoenix and Dragon, 89 mm, Proof 69 Ultra Cameo NGC, number 117 of the mintage of 250 pieces.
