1869 Standard Silver Dime, Judd-708, PR64

1869 10C Standard Silver Ten Cents, Judd-708, Pollock-787, R.5, PR64 PCGS. Liberty faces right and wears a band ornamented with a star. IN GOD WE TRUST is placed on a banner beneath the bust. On the reverse, an undersized wreath crowds the 10/CENTS denomination. The reverse periphery displays STANDARD SILVER and the date. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. An attractive example of this fairly common Standard Silver pattern. Both sides are enveloped with deep blue toning that shows a significant amount of rose color in the centers.
