Near-Mint 1866 Motto Twenty
1866 $20 Motto AU58 PCGS. This original double eagle has ample orange-tinged luster, although green-gold toning is also present. The left obverse displays abrasions appropriate for brief double eagle circulation. IN GOD WE TRUST shows no sign of hub doubling, unlike many examples seen.
