Description

Lovely 1874-CC Trade Dollar, Mint State

1874-CC T$1 MS60 ANACS. Despite a fairly high mintage of nearly 1.4 million pieces, the 1874-CC was shipped overseas in large quantities and is relatively scarce in Mint State today. A hint of maroon and light brown toning graces the margins, while the balance is silver-gray. Liberty's head and a few stars are a trifle soft, but the rest of the details are crisp. Minimally marked with plenty of luster throughout. (Registry values: N1793)
