1972-D $1 MS67 PCGS. 1972-D Eisenhower dollars, with a
mintage exceeding 92 million pieces, are readily available through
the MS65 grade level, and even Premium Gems can be located without
too much difficulty. Examples in the lofty grade of MS67, however,
are infrequently found, as indicated by the population figures
below. Hints of champagne-gold color visit this Superb Gem, and the
highly lustrous surfaces exhibit well struck design elements, and
are impeccably preserved. Population: 5 in 67, 0 finer
