Description
Very Scarce 1931 Saint-Gaudens Twenty MS63
1931 $20 MS63 PCGS. Only slightly more available than the 1930-S, the 1931 is an elusive issue that is all but unknown in circulated grades, as most fell victim to the mass meltings of the 1930s. Although showing moderate to heavy abrasions on Liberty's gown, this Select example is endowed with a bright, satiny sheen and variegated orange-gold and lemon-yellow colors that are instantly attractive.
