Dazzling 1903 Quarter Eagle, PR60
1903 $2 1/2 PR60 NGC. The population data for this piece, like for many other scarce issues, is inaccurate on the high side due to resubmissions. NGC and PCGS combined have certified well over 200 examples, while the mintage of proof 1903 quarter eagles is only 197 coins! The bright yellow surfaces of this example boast fully struck details and highly reflective surfaces.
