Double Die Obverse 1943-P Nickel
1943-P 5C Doubled Die Obverse MS66 Full Steps PCGS. CAC.
FS-106, formerly FS-029. All obverse legends are nicely die
doubled, as is Jefferson's eye. Delicate apricot, rose-red, and
sky-blue toning drapes this thoroughly lustrous and magnificently
preserved Superb Gem. The strike is uncommonly sharp, although
traces of the planchet surface are seen on the jaw and cheekbone.
