Description

1907 $10 No Periods MS61 PCGS. A charming first-year representative of this popular series. Saint-Gaudens' original design was modified by Charles Barber early in the year and, among other slight changes, the periods bordering the legends were removed. The reverse of the present piece has a number of shallow marks, but the obverse is exceptionally clean for the grade. Delightful luster radiates from the bright yellow surfaces. Crisply struck save for a little softness at the centers. (Registry values: N991)
