Description
Exceptional MS66 1910-D Ten Dollar Indian
1910-D $10 MS66 NGC. As both specialists and type collectors know, the 1910-D is the third most frequently encountered issue in the ten dollar Indian series. However, high grade examples are not as easily located as one might imagine. While one has the right to expect much from a premium quality Gem coin, this one certainly exceeds expectations in all areas, easily qualifying it as an upper-end example even at this grade level. The surfaces are amazingly free from abrasions, the mint luster is thick and frosted, and the coin is toned with a delicate interplay of olive and orange-gold patina. Fully struck as well.
