1959 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines PCGS. This brilliant and fully lustrous premium Gem is gorgeously unmarked and offers exceptional eye appeal. Type One reverse, which actually constitutes the minority of the issue, according to Breen. Strengthened wing details on the small eagle were intended for proofs alone, although 1958 and 1959 business strikes are known from the Type Two dies, a situation (presumably due to economy) also found on Philadelphia Mint Quarters from the era.
