Description
Lustrous 1922 Gem Double Eagle
1922 $20 MS65 PCGS. The 1922 is a common and readily obtainable coin through the near-Gem level. MS65 pieces are more challenging, and anything finer is quite rare. Pleasing luster emanates from the peach-gold surfaces of this Gem, and a well executed strike leaves strong delineation on the design features. A few minute marks are consistent with the grade level.
