1909 1C VDB PR64 Brown PCGS. CAC. Cherry-red and olive-gold illuminate the obverse. Dusky golden-brown and forest-green dominates the reverse. This penetratingly struck near-Gem is void of marks and exhibits only minimal subdued flyspecks. A low mintage proof design subtype, just 1,194 pieces reported issued.
