1798 1C Second Hair Style, S-166, B-32, R.1--Bent--NCS. XF Details. Well-defined for the details grade with smooth green-tinged surfaces. Minor bumps affect the rims, but the slight bend that accounts for the NCS holder is difficult to view due to the encapsulation.
