Description

1803 AU 50 NGC. Large Reverse Stars. B. 1-E. The 1803 is approximately twice as scarce as the 1799 or 1801, and this variety with the large reverse stars is decidedly more difficult to locate than the Small Stars varieties. This piece has a pronounced reddish-gold color overall and shows few post-striking impairments, the only one of mention is a mark on Liberty's throat. Well struck and also well centered.
