PR68 Ultra Cameo 1897 Barber Half
1897 50C PR68 Ultra Cameo NGC. Outstanding white on black deep cameo contrast projects outstanding eye appeal. Brilliant aside from a few wisps of pale tan color along the upper reverse. Sharply struck, with full definition on the fletchings and only a hint of softness on the upper right corner of the shield. This magnificently preserved Superb Gem is worthy of the finest collection of proof Barber Half Dollars, and would also be an exemplary contribution to a proof silver type set.
