1893-S $1 AU50 PCGS. The surfaces on this partially lustrous example exhibit a uniform silver-gray color and only minor flatness on the highpoints from a rather brief time in circulation. There are relatively few surface marks, none of which are of individual concern. The diagnostic die scratch in the top of the T, and the dot in the R of LIBERTY are pronounced.
