1866 25C Motto MS64 PCGS. The introductory Motto issue, the luster is mildly reflective, not unexpected since just 17,000 business strikes were struck. The centers and right side stars are not fully brought up by the dies, and the obverse field has a few faint slide marks. Population: 5 in 64, 3 finer (3/05).(#5468) (Registry values: P5)
