1828 10C Small Date MS62 NGC. JR-1, R.2. The Small Date variety is immediately recognized by the squared base to the digit 2, and a small period after the C in the denomination. Medium blue-gray patina occupies both sides, and a well directed strike sharpens the design features. Some minute handling marks are located on the obverse.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 4510, GSID# 3989)
