Description

Underrated MS64 1920 Double Eagle

1920 $20 MS64 PCGS. The 1920 is a slightly better P-mint from the 1920s and is very rare above the MS64 level, making this piece an excellent value for the issue. Well defined, the reddish tinted surfaces show numerous tiny alloy spots on each side. A scarce and often misunderstood issue in the Saint-Gaudens series. Population: 140 in 64, 1 finer (4/03).
