1804 1C Fair 2 NGC. S-266, B-1, R.2. The date and ONE CENT are bold, and much of LIBERTY, STATES, and AMERICA are present. The wreath and portrait are fully outlines. A minor obverse rim ding is noted at 5 o'clock. There is no sign of the rim die breaks that identify late die states. EAC 3.(Registry values: N491)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 1504, Greysheet# 825)
