1880-S $1 MS66 PCGS. Magnificent alternating circular bands of jade-green, reddish-violet, and honey-gold colorations are seen over most of the obverse, the reverse is mostly untoned with a thin golden peripheral ring. Fully defined and frosty overall.Ex: The Benson Collection, Part II (Ira & Larry Goldberg, 9/2002), lot 588, where it realized $747.50.
