Nate Schar joined Heritage Luxury Real Estate Auctions with nearly a decade of experience in the luxury real estate auction industry. He has been recognized as a top producer in the marketing and sales of luxury real estate auction with a concentration on account management, client relationship development and project management. A graduate of University of North Carolina, Cameron School of Business in Wilmington, he had a successful tenure as an asset manager at one of the Midwest's top wealth management and advisory firms. Using innovative marketing techniques and the latest technology, Nate has developed lasting relationships with high-profile clients, business leaders and a nationwide network throughout the luxury real estate community.

Amelia Barber joined Heritage Luxury Real Estate Auctions with a background in client relations, project and event management. After earning a BA in business from Sweet Briar College, she joined a Washington, D.C.-based boutique lobbying firm as an associate, where she worked closely with clients, regulators and members of Congress. Capitalizing on her project management experience, she also managed operations for a national financial trade association where she honed her skills at contract negotiation, research and client relations.
