1939-D 50C Arkansas MS67 PCGS. This final D-mint Arkansas Centennial half dollar issue had a distribution of only 2,104 coins, including assay pieces. This Superb Gem survivor is rare. The strike is bold, and the vibrantly lustrous surfaces provide comparable appeal. Silvery-lavender toning is the dominant hue, although the obverse also shows tinges of sun-gold around the periphery. Population: 11 in 67 (1 in 67+), 1 finer (10/15).(Registry values: N4719)
