1863 1C MS66 PCGS. The 1863 is the most plentiful copper-nickel Indian cent, ideal for type representation. This Premium Gem is boldly rendered and ranks among the finest at PCGS. Each side is carbon-free with satiny tan-gold luster. The peripheral fields exhibit minor die erosion, and there is a heavy die crack through the lower portion of the wreath.
