1881-S $1 MS68 PCGS. CAC. Gleaming semiprooflike fields
provide a brightly mirrored backdrop for the bold, frosty relief
elements of this high-end Morgan dollar type coin. The preservation
is exceptional, and blushes of light golden toning attest to the
originality of the surfaces. PCGS lists two MS69 coins finer
(11/15), although this CAC-endorsed MS68 is piece is among the
