Description
1830 10C Medium 10C, JR-8, R.3, MS64 NGC. This sharply struck Choice Bust dime is blended pearl-gray and chestnut-tan with apple-green freckles near the margin and glimpses of steel-blue on the portrait high points. Both sides are undisturbed aside from one brief thin mark beneath the right (facing) wing. For all 1830 dimes, regardless of die variety, the combined NGC Census is 34 in 64, 12 finer (3/16).Ex: FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2012), lot 5440, which realized $2,185.
