1874 Three Cent Nickel, PR66 Deep Cameo
The Sole Finest Example at PCGS
1874 3CN PR66 Deep Cameo PCGS. CAC. Non-Cameo and Cameo
examples of this three cent nickel proof issue (more than 700
pieces reportedly struck) are readily available. Deep Cameo
specimens, however, are extremely rare. PCGS has seen only two such
submissions: one in PR64 Deep Cameo and this Premium Gem (4/16).
This amazing proof is fully brilliant, boasting amazing
white-on-black contrast between the glassy mirrors and frosted,
razor-sharp devices. A lens is required to view the microscopic
