Description

1937 Nickel, Toned PR67+
Distinctive Coloration

1937 5C PR67+ PCGS. CAC. Pistachio-green, pink, and yellow-gold hues intermingle over each side of this high-end Superb Gem proof 1937 Buffalo nickel. The strike is full, and the mirrored fields beautifully illuminate the patina. This issue is plentiful through PR67, but higher-grade coins are scarce. Thus the appeal of the present Plus-graded, CAC-endorsed representative. PCGS lists 31 finer finer submissions (7/16).(Registry values: N1793)
