Large 3, B-6, BB-255
1803 $1 Large 3, B-6, BB-255, R.2, VF35 PCGS. Bowers Die
State I, without any trace of the crack between stars 10 and 11
that forms in later states. The available BB-255 variety has a
Large 3 in the date, the E in STATES is centered over the clouds,
and the T in LIBERTY is not repunched. This Choice VF Early dollar
is well-detailed with fully raised right-hand stars and sharp
detail on the eagle, save for the neck feathers and upper shield.
