1826 N-6 Cent, MS64 Brown
From the Dan Holmes Collection
1826 1C N-6, R.2, MS64 Brown PCGS. This lovely cent exhibits
chestnut and mahogany-brown on the obverse, with rich walnut-brown
on the reverse. The pristine surfaces exhibit a small area of
lighter gold at Star 11. The strike is sharp, save for a few stars
at the top of the obverse. Our EAC grade MS60.Ex: Dr. Wallace Lee (Superior/M&G, 5/2003), lot 707; Tom Reynolds; Superior/M&G (9/2004), lot 800; Dan Holmes (Superior/M&G, 5/2010), lot 221.
