1961 25C MS67 PCGS. CAC. Type A Reverse. This bonafide Registry Set candidate is lightly toned in iridescent shades that deepen to a crescent of rainbow colors at the lower obverse, while the reverse is slightly less patinated with similar coloration. Sharply struck and supremely lustrous, marks are limited to a few microscopic ticks and a tiny nick on the eagle's left (facing) leg. One of just three pieces at the Superb Gem grade to receive CAC endorsement, with no coins exceeding the MS67 level at either service. Population: 12 in 67, 0 finer.
