Description

1942-D 25C MS67+ PCGS. Despite a production approaching 17.5 million coins, the 1942-D is very scarce in MS67. Plus-designated Superb Gems are exceedingly rare. We have yet to offer a numerically finer PCGS example, although that service reports two finer submissions (2/17). This crisp MS67+ coin features delicate rainbow border toning and satiny, light golden centers. Die cracks travel across both sides.(Registry values: N208)
