1835 1/2 C PR63 Brown PCGS. C-2, B-2, R.6 as a Proof. Only a couple dozen 1835 proof half cents exist, and most of those are examples of the present die variety. This pleasing piece has an exquisite strike and attractive chestnut-brown proof surfaces that exhibit dappled steel-blue and tan toning. Our EAC grade PR60. Population: 5 in 63 Brown, 2 finer (3/17).(Registry values: P4)
