Frosty Type Coin

1853 1C N-25, R.1, MS65 Red PCGS. Die State b, as usual for attractive Mint State coins. This Gem Red example displays sharp central devices and border dentils but is soft on numerous stars. A small mark on Liberty's neck is the only discernible abrasion, although scattered light flecks are seen on each side. Our EAC grade MS64. Population (all varieties included): 76 in 65 (1 in 65+) Red, 17 finer (4/17).
